Auto-Association of Companies with Contacts

App CRM simplifies contact management by automatically linking contacts to companies based on email domains.

How It Works

• When you add a contact, App CRM checks the domain of the contact's email.

• If there's a company in the CRM with a matching domain, the contact is automatically associated with that company.

• Scenario:

  • You've previously added a company with the domain example.com.

  • Later, you create a contact with the email [email protected].

• Automatic Linking:

  • App CRM will recognize example.com in John's email.

  • John's contact record will automatically be linked to the company with the example.com domain.

Auto-association of companies with contacts is triggered only for newly created contacts without manual company associations.
